I recently attended a memorial service organised by Debi at Dartford Funeral Service, and I was truly moved by how beautiful and heartfelt the entire experience was. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that every detail had been handled with great care, respect, and sensitivity.

The memorial service itself was especially touching. It felt like a genuine celebration of the lives we came together to honour—filled with warmth, reflection, and a sense of peace. The setting was beautifully arranged, and the service struck the perfect balance between emotional and uplifting. It provided a comforting space for shared memories, quiet moments, and heartfelt connection.

Dartford Funeral Service also did the service for my Sister. I am grateful for the compassion and professionalism they showed throughout especially from Debi who we dealt with throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone in need of thoughtful and caring service. Thank you.

We attended last nights memorial service at Holly Trinity Church. We would like to say what a lovely heartfelt service it was. It was very emotional and also comforting at the same time.
I found one of the most meaningful parts of the service was the candle lighting, with or loved ones names on, and hearing their names read out during the service.
I was pleasantly surprised as i didn't know what expect, i would like to take this opportunity to thank Debi for her kindness and organizing this event. And i would like to mention how outstanding the choir was.. absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for the invite, and look forward to attending next year, thank you, Sarah x

Immensely grateful for their special Remembrance Service today. Was an incredibly emotional, but enjoyable experience, and it was delivered to perfection. Debi was leading it, and I can’t compliment her enough - Well done! Everything was so well organised. The additional staff members too, were all fantastic! Thank you xx

Can't praise the service we received highly enough. Debi was understanding, realistic and business-like, whilst making me feel that she was 'holding my hand' throught the entire process. Felt as though I'd gained a friend after everything was concluded. Thanks also to Karen on the phone, very gently spoken and reassuring.

We have used Dartford Funeral Service twice and also recommended to others because of the amazing service they provide.
The team as a whole are fantastic but we can't thank Debi enough for all her help and support in arranging my dad's and my Mum's funerals. She listened to everything we wanted and did her upmost to arrange all of these, even though some requests were a little out of the ordinary. She remembered how we had my Mum's and matched my Dad's as we wanted. She researched and arranged a specialised vehicle and communicated with the prison service to arrange the attendance of a guest. She also supported myself and my family on the day of the funeral with these arrangements, as we do not have any contact with him. Debi would answer any questions almost straight away, either by giving me a call or emailing me straight back. If Debi was away from the office, someone else would let me know this and request Debi contact me at her earliest convenience. She was able to read each situation and was led by us as to the mood of each meeting and conversation. She could show sympathy and provide a sombre atmosphere but also laugh with us when we joked about what Mum and Dad wanted. She was sensitive to our needs each time.
Toni and Matthew came to collect my Dad just after he passed away, and both were just as professional, friendly, supportive and understanding which is what I needed to feel comfortable in leaving my dad in their care. They offered me as much time as I needed to say goodbye. Toni offered me the biggest hug too ;)
We cannot fault any of the staff at Dartford Funeral Service, they all made my Mum's and Dad's Final Farewells just as they were meant to be. Thank you

I used Dartford Funeral Service for my husband. Debi who was the Funeral Director was absolutely fantastic she was so kind, professional and knowledgeable and guided me through all the steps. I felt I could trust her right from the beginning and the actual funeral went exactly to plan. I also have to say that the drivers of the hearse and limos were lovely as well. I am so pleased that I chose them.

Sadly my husband passed away in March 2024. I went to Dartford Funeral Service to make arrangements for his funeral not knowing where to start with everything. Debi was absolutely brilliant and explained everything in detail and was just so supportive and kind. Debi steered me though this difficult process and was always at the end of a phone should I need advice. Also the guys that were driving the hearse and limos on the day were absolutely fantastic and supportive as well. I absolutely made the right decision in choosing Dartford Funeral Service for my husband’s final journey.

I would use Dartford Funeral Service in the future from start to finish and even after they were all very professional in what they do and nothing was too much trouble they go above and beyond to make sure you are completely happy and no pressure was put on at any time can not thank all the staff enough well done you are doing a fantastic service to loved ones at a terrible time
