We met with Debi to organise our funeral plans. We decided to arrange this to give us peace of mind and also not have the hassle or pressure for our sons to arrange our funerals.

The cost to book now is not cheap and to save your pennies is to book in advance which I would highly recommend.

We have had a few of our family choose funeral plans and Debi is always very supportive and friendly and gave us good advice. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I would just like to send a big thank you to everyone who was involved in Dad’s funeral on Tuesday, especially Debbie.

From the planning, correspondence and organisation leading up to the day, everything was just perfect. It was exactly what we wanted, and Dad would have been so happy with how the funeral went.

Your staff were amazing in supporting Dad’s four grandsons to carry him in his coffin. It was the last thing they could do for him, and he would have been so proud of them all. We are incredibly grateful that you allowed them to have that special moment with their grandad.

Debbie kept me informed of everything that was happening throughout the day. Her advice when we met with her, along with the organisation and coordination of everyone involved, was fantastic. She made what was an incredibly difficult day feel much easier for us.

Thank you again to everyone for your kindness, care and support. It truly meant so much to our family.

Following the passing of my mum, I honestly couldn’t have asked for better care and support from Debi, Olivia, and the whole team.

From our very first meeting, Debi guided us through every step of the process with such kindness, compassion, and professionalism. She made what felt overwhelming seem so much more manageable, taking the time to explain everything clearly and ensuring nothing was ever too much trouble. Olivia was equally wonderful, always attentive, thoughtful, and supportive, and together they made an incredible team.

Their attention to detail was outstanding, and every aspect of Mum’s funeral was handled with such dignity, care, and respect. They took so much of the worry and stress away from us, allowing us to focus on remembering Mum and being together as a family.

Sadly, I’ve had experience with other funeral directors before, and I can honestly say the standard of care we received from Debbie, Olivia, and the team was on a completely different level. They genuinely went above and beyond, and I couldn’t speak more highly of them.

Thank you will never seem enough. After a very bad experience with the CoOp I went to see you and straight away I knew it was the right choice . Your empathy, communication, respect and attention to detail is outstanding. I so wish we had used you for our late Dad, as for our Mum, today was perfect and all about her as it should be . My partner Paul died on 7th December 2025. My stepson and I used Dartford Funeral Services to arrange his cremation. Debi was professional but also very warm and caring.
The day had a few minor hiccups which Debi smoothed over. The celebrant Tevor Donnelly was excellant and held a heartful celebration of Pauls life. A truely sad day made bearable by the care and respect shown. Thank you to all.

I recently attended a memorial service organised by Debi at Dartford Funeral Service, and I was truly moved by how beautiful and heartfelt the entire experience was. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that every detail had been handled with great care, respect, and sensitivity.

The memorial service itself was especially touching. It felt like a genuine celebration of the lives we came together to honour—filled with warmth, reflection, and a sense of peace. The setting was beautifully arranged, and the service struck the perfect balance between emotional and uplifting. It provided a comforting space for shared memories, quiet moments, and heartfelt connection.

Dartford Funeral Service also did the service for my Sister. I am grateful for the compassion and professionalism they showed throughout especially from Debi who we dealt with throughout. We attended last nights memorial service at Holly Trinity Church. We would like to say what a lovely heartfelt service it was. It was very emotional and also comforting at the same time.
I found one of the most meaningful parts of the service was the candle lighting, with or loved ones names on, and hearing their names read out during the service.
I was pleasantly surprised as i didn't know what expect, i would like to take this opportunity to thank Debi for her kindness and organizing this event. And i would like to mention how outstanding the choir was.. absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for the invite, and look forward to attending next year, thank you, Sarah x
